ANSWERS TO THE MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Maybe there’s something we’ve forgotten, or maybe you just missed something you were looking for. We have collected the most frequent questions from our guests here: we are sure that you will find the information you need among the answers. If they are not exhaustive, we are at your disposal for any further questions. WHAT TIME IS THE ROOM I BOOKED AVAILABLE FROM?

Our goal is to reduce your waiting time as much as possible!

If the room has not been occupied the night before the day of your arrival, you will find it already ready first thing in the morning. Otherwise, we will prepare it as soon as it is vacated by the previous guest. Check-out time is 12 noon, so the room will be ready and at your disposal by 14:00 at the latest.

UNTIL WHAT TIME CAN I USE MY ROOM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?

The room must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. Upon request, and depending on availability, a late check out and time extension can be scheduled. The request must be expressly agreed with the reception, however, and may require an additional cost (Day-use).

HOW LATE IS BREAKFAST SERVED?

We are very pleased to inform you that our breakfast room allows you to have breakfast from 7:00 to 12:00. So you can rest until late and still find a rich breakfast available.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?

Hotel Villa Rosa Riviera has an internal car park and another car park located 100 metres from the Hotel, at the Garage Trieste: we always recommend pre-booking a place, which is subject to an availability check. Accessibility is guaranteed 24 hours a day and your parking space is secured, reserved and protected. The service is not included in the cost of the room: the supplement is € 20.00 per day.

IS THE USE OF THE GYM INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes. Each of our customers can access the IWellness gym freely without having to pay anything. It is necessary to check availability and make a reservation. To access it, it is mandatory to have appropriate clothing (T-shirt, trousers and trainers). The hours of use are from 7:00 to 20:00, all year round. If you need advice from the IpersonalTrainer staff, the cost is 50 euros per hour.

HOW IS THE BEACH SERVICE ORGANISED?

Hotel Villa Rosa Riviera recommends the use of the services of the Spiaggia Marina Centro del bagno No. 25. However, we will provide you with soft beach towels.

IS THE BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED IN THE ROOM PRICE?

Some packages that are for sale only on the VRR website include the beach service. These packages include 1 umbrella and + 2 sun loungers (in a double room) at the Spiaggia Marina Centro from the third row onwards. Where it is not included for those who would like to use it, the cost of 1 umbrella + 2 beds is to be agreed directly on the beach.

IS THE HOTEL OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND? IS THE RESTAURANT ALWAYS OPERATIONAL?

Hotel Villa Rosa Riviera is open 365 days a year. The Restaurant service is open all year. From 10 September to 31 May the restaurant will be closed on Sundays and our guests will dine under the same conditions at the Ristorante Il Pesce Innamorato, located 50 metres from the hotel.

WHAT SIZES ARE THE ROOMS?

The Classic and Superior rooms measure 18 square metres, which include the bathroom, the entrance hallway and the bedroom. The Family rooms are larger and measure from 22 to 25 square metres.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH FOOD INTOLERANCES?

We offer a wide selection of products for coeliacs or for those suffering from lactose intolerance.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET?

Yes, we have a fibre optic internet connection and you can surf for free from the room and the common areas. To access the WI-FI it is necessary to request the password at reception.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

You can access your room with your own pet at VRR, provided you respect the other guests of the hotel. For this reason, access to some internal and external public areas such as the restaurant and the breakfast room is not permitted.

IS THE HOTEL SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN?

Children are always welcome! Also for catering, we are ready to prepare meals and special dishes on request (with advance notice directly at our restaurant). In addition, during the summer a miniclub service is organised during dinner, to allow you parents to dine in peace while your little ones to have fun eating. In the room you can request additional services, such as a cot with sides, nappy disposal, baby tub and much more.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DOES THE HOTEL RESTAURANT OFFER?

Our restaurant boasts a long tradition for the high level of service and the quality of the cuisine. It is possible to have dinner at the hotel choosing among the rich set of dishes offered by the a la carte menu. For guests who choose half board/full board (dinner only), we offer a 4-course menu (starter, first course, main course and dessert) with a choice of 3 dishes for each course. The Restaurant specialises in a seafood menu. But you will also find meat courses.

HOW DOES FULL BOARD WORK?

At our Hotel there are two restaurants: Panenostro Lab and Ristorante Villa Rosa Riviera.

Breakfast and Brunch will be prepared by Panenostro lab, our natural cooking workshop. If, on the other hand, you want to eat at the beach during the summer, by booking the full board package, you can have lunch at Ristorante Tiky at beach no. 26. Dinner is served at the Ristorante Villa Rosa Riviera, a reference point for all Rimini and beyond, specialising in freshly caught fish dishes of the highest quality, but also offering a meat menu from the Romagna tradition.

ARE BICYCLES AVAILABLE?

Bicycles are available free of charge to all hotel guests, subject to availability. You can request them at the reception, and you will also be given directions for the city’s cycle paths. Not really into city biking or cycling along the seafront? For you we have an electric ebike service available that will take you to discover the most adventurous places in our hinterland.
